this place runs like a family kitchen. we found thai classic after hours of research and planning. actually it was more like 'how 'bout this place?' as we were walking somewhere else. we were hungry, it was there, let's eat. this is the second time we've eaten there, the first time was so good we had to go back and review it.

i love these places. the waiters are the owners are the cooks are the washers. they care so damn much! we had a table in the back this time because the front of the restaurant was packed. really ought to shut up about places we really like. gotta stop talking like a telegram, too. stop.

if you like thai, and the chances are you do because you've read this far, you could do a lot worse than thai classic. most thai restaurants do thai food pretty well so that statement is probably unfair. they were good. maybe too good. a restaurant has to be very good for us to go back (or be within walking distance from home on account of us being lazy asses).

there was food there, too. i recommend the green curry and the mixed entrees were really good except for the won-ton. too much won and not enough ton. a detail. the menu has a good variety of thai food so you'll easily get something you like. not expensive, good food and a caring, sharing staff. we'll go back again when we need our thai fix.
