the wankers in the gfg love this place so i've been studiously avoiding it for months. actually i've been there a number of times recently and really liked the breakfast. they do the poached eggs very well and have award winning (eggs monthly?) pancakes and eggs.

there was a steady stream of pastel-clothed private-school twenty-somethings waiting for tables or the chance to get a clue. i think it was more the second than the first. then there were the oldies as only the retirement triangle (hawthorn, camberwell, kew) can deliver - you know the ones i'm talking about. they bring their grown up spoiled kids for breakfast and either try to spoon feed them or try to 'get hip' with the younger generation. i amuses me no end to see mom and pop in their cardigans trying to connect with rebecca the goth and edward the bass player. too fucking funny.

sadly, while i have seen it at replete, there isn't an over abundance of entertaining customers (boooooooring) so most of the perving is the waitresses and their cute butts. replete do have good quality waitress ass with just enough bubbly character to classify them as hot chicks.

but, replete is tiny. i think i have a bathroom bigger than replete. it's like the front room of a house that normally fits a skanky sofa and an old tv but now accommodates 12 tables. the front door is pretty narrow too so people of larger persuasion (fat people) should think twice about going for breakfast here. with only enough room to squeeze between the tables leave your shoulders at home. if you manage to get in and if you get a table and you can negotiate the tight terrain from the front door and don't mind wearing someones elbow every few minutes while you eat, i highly recommend it.
